How come 3adults+2child is more expensive than 4adults+1child?

Hi our FAMILY ROOM is good for 4 ADULTS. However, when you bring a child 0-4YRS OLD it is free of stay. We hope that we answered your concern. We are looking forward to see you!

Considering COVID time they could have carried out CLEANING AND SANITATION esp long stay guest.

Here are my observations: 1. Internet connection: Very weak. I was in zoom meeting and the Wi-Fi connection is frequently going off.  2. Hygiene /Cleanliness: The room and the bathroom needs a very good spring cleaning . Filthy dirty. Stayed for 6 nights my room never cleaned even once .. Filthy dusty all over the place. 3. Beddings / Linens: Linens and towels requires a quality bleaching.. I couldn’t even use the towels. Looks like not been washed and bleached for ages. Linens and towels was not changed for one week  4. Facilities: No toilet roll and NO daily complimentary drinking water for long stay guest. 5. Staff: Initial interaction was poor. Despite my conformed reservation they told me that their hotel is fully booked and that I will be sent back to the airport because they cannot accommodate me. Requires good Customers service re training. Though afterwards, they are quite friendly. 6. Location: Excellent. Its walking distance form 2 big malls. 7. Ambiance: Extremely disgusting, not of their fault but the ongoing metro rail construction affects the whole look and feel of the hotel entrance.

Overall hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel.
